A NYC serial burglar is out on $80,000 bail for allegedly breaking into Robert De Niro’s home.

A woman accused of breaking into actor Robert De Niro’s New York townhouse will call his infamous Rikers Island home ahead of her next court appearance if she can’t get through.

Shanice Aviles, the 30-year-old serial thief who was caught breaking into De Niro’s Upper East Side rental, was held on $40,000 bail in lieu of more than $80,000 in a court appearance Monday, authorities said Tuesday.

She is being held at the Rose M. Singer Center on Rikers Island, the complex’s only female jail unit, and is due back in court Friday, records show.

Aviles’ attorney did not respond to a request for comment on the alleged crime Tuesday.

Aviles was arrested around 2:45 a.m. Monday and charged with second-degree burglary, police said.

Officers from the New York Police Department’s 19th Precinct Public Safety Unit saw him walking around the Upper East Side, carrying a black bag and looking inside “several closed businesses near Lexington Avenue,” the criminal complaint said. An officer allegedly saw him trying to open doors to several businesses.

Officers eventually located Aviles in the “living area” of the home, where the source said he was looking through presents under the Christmas tree.

A law enforcement source told Fox News that De Niro was sleeping in another part of the house while Aviles was inside. According to a source, the 79-year-old “Raging Bull” star woke up to find the woman inside.

It is said that he had stolen headphones with him at the time.

Earlier, the New York Post reported that one of De Niro’s daughters was also in the house at the time.

De Niro was asked how he was while leaving his home on Monday, to which he replied: “Yeah, I’m fine. Thank you.”
