Andy Cohen calls Robyn Dixon “BS” by questioning why she decided to cover up husband Joanne Dixon’s alleged affair on the latest season of “Real Housewives of Potomac.”
During Sunday’s episode of “Dekho Kya Hota Hai Live”, the TV host asked Ruben why he decided to “keep quiet” while filming for his reality series. Where he is “expected” to share “everything that’s going on” in his life.
“It wasn’t an issue when we were filming,” Rubin claimed. “It was not relevant to where we were at this present time.”
Cohen also asked Ruben to explain why Joan’s name was on the hotel receipt even though her husband had never met or flown with his alleged mistress.
Robin noted that while the woman didn’t want Joan to allegedly cheat on her with more attention, she claimed the mystery girl lived in Canada, which was on strict lockdown during the coronavirus pandemic. .
“So, the hotel receipt comes into play because, for whatever reason, she decided she wanted to go to Maryland. She told Joanne that she was dating a Baltimore Ravens player,” 43 The year-old Robin told the 54-year-old Cohen.
“Somewhere along the way … she tells him she lost her wallet at the casino and can’t pay for her hotel room.”
The “RHOP” star claimed that Joanne “felt bad for her” because she was “really worried” and couldn’t figure out how she was going to pay for her room.
“She was really stressed,” Robin added. “He goes to the hotel. Place your card at the counter and that’s it.
Robin also confirmed that the conversation was the only time the woman and Joan met in person, but Cohen said the story sounded like “BS.”
“When I found out about it, it sounded like BS to me. But I believe him,” Robin said of her husband, “I believe him.”
The Bravo executive then questioned why Rubin decided to talk about the infidelity behind a paywall on his blog during the show, insisting that he was after the cash.
“Well, I talked about it on the free podcast,” Robin clapped. “It’s not about withholding information. This was because the information was given last week or a week ago.
He continued, “My problem was that the woman was lying … and I felt that I needed to correct the lie.”
Last month, the host of the “Reasonably Shady” podcast told his listeners that Juan “was an idiot and had an Instagram conversation with this woman” in 2020. She added that she was “aware of the situation” before filming.
She came out after Karen Huger alleged that Joanne had a secret blonde girlfriend on a January episode of “RHOP.”
He called Huger’s claims “alarming” on Page Six’s “Virtual Real-T” podcast.
“I felt like she was actually hinting at something that didn’t happen. [and] We should not put [that] Out there,” Rubin added, “it’s not right that you can just go and make an accusation like that and not be careful what you’re saying.”
Robin and the former NBA player – who have sons Corey, 14, and Carter, 13 – were high school sweethearts and married for the first time in July 2005. They divorced in 2012 but continued to live together and eventually rekindled their love.
They got engaged in front of the cameras in 2019 and tied the knot for the second time last month. An inside source told Page Six that their surprise wedding will air during the show’s upcoming Season 7 finale.
