An Atlanta, Georgia, man was arrested for allegedly using a broken window at the DeKalb County Jail to smuggle in items like drugs, tobacco, cellphones, chicken wings and more, according to reports.
Investigators have charged Michael Anthony Dixon with possession of a weapon, drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs without consent, criminal trespass, possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, Fox station WAGA in Atlanta reported.

Dixon, who the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office said was carrying a box cutter, was stopped outside the facility on Feb. 3 while walking through a guard line area.
