Beatrice and Eugenie don’t force Andrew to stand up for his sexual abuse because the accused tries to grill two other Brits

Prosecutors say Beatrice, Eugenie and her mother, Sarah Ferguson, will not be forced to take a stand in Prince Andrew’s sexual assault case.

However, if Duke ever appeared in court, the other two Brits could be burned.

Sources close to the royal family say they are known to be important witnesses for the family and Beatrice, 33 in particular.

During a Car Crash Newsnight interview in 2019, Andrew claimed to be at Pizza Express in Woking with Beatrice overnight at his claims center.

However, in a surprise move last night, the legal adviser of accused Virginia Roberts Giffrey said she was planning to obtain deposits from only two British witnesses.

Robert Olney, Duke’s former Equary and Shukri Walker, Andrew is said to have seen Andrew at London’s Trump Nightclub, forcing him to have sex with Ms Giuffre.

Mr Olney is thought to have information on Duke’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein because his name appeared in a “little black book” of convicted pedophiles, court records reveal.

This means that the sisters and Fergie will not have to fly to New York to testify if the trial finally takes place.

It comes as follows:

Lawyer David Boise had suggested that the Prince of Wales be summoned as a witness – a move that now seems unlikely.

Yesterday Beatrice was spotted downstairs while shopping in Chelsea with Baby Sienna.

The princess picked up coffee and was watching the sale with her daughter on Kings Road.

Last night’s news comes as Andrew is effectively banished from the royal family after an emotional meeting with his mother in Windsor.

After meeting Queen Charles and William for an hour-long summit, they were stripped of all military titles and patronage, at which point both men said Andrew’s position was “grave.”

In a statement, Her Majesty said her second son would defend herself as a private citizen.

William is thought to be especially important in the decision.

It is said that he and his father were in complete agreement that Andrew should go – and that he was “absolutely furious” after “crossing the red line”.

Insiders said the queen’s decision made the royal family – often called her “favorite son” – one of the hardest on her 70 years on the throne.

In even worse news for Duke, he was told this week that he would face a civil trial by jury after he tried to dismiss the case on technical grounds.

They vehemently deny any wrongdoing.

He has been publicly supported by ex-wife Fergie, and both Beatrice and Eugenie – while deeply shaken by the allegations – have privately supported their father.

However, Beatrice is accused of “absolutely no recollection” of a Pizza Express visit.

Sources say Duke will continue to defend itself against claims made against him, although a hefty £ 10 million compensation option remains on the table.

They are said to be in fear of financial ruin as they are thrown out of the 31-bed Georgian mansion they share with Fergie and lose their police protection.
