Talking Smack, WWE’s weekly post SmackDown show, saw a change this week. The company welcomed fans back and that means they need to change the shooting arrangements.
Matt Camp and Kevin Patrick were the hosts of the in-studio show. The show’s former co-host, Kayla Braxton, interviewed the superstars at the Toyota Center in Houston.
That’s quite a change, as Kayla Braxton and Paul Heyman hosted the show from Thunderdome every week during pandemic programming. Heyman was then briefly switched out by Pat McAfee. This week was a very different set-up as they had to figure out a way to make things work with the return of live fans.
“I made my #TalkingSmack debut with @kev_egan interviewing @KaylaBraxtonWWE at Toyota Center,” Matt Camp tweeted. The show is now available in the US on @peacockTV and everywhere else on @WWENetwork.”
Talking Smack uploads on the Saturday after SmackDown. It will be a live show, but West Coast affiliates will not air SmackDown on Fox until 8:00 p.m. To avoid spoilers, Talking Smack is on Saturday.
