‘Big Brother 23’: Why Did 2 Houseguests Cast ‘Rogue’ Votes During First Eviction?

Before the eviction ceremony, Derek F. told cookout colleague Xavier that he planned to “throw” A vote for Alyssa, Derek wants to frame X and make him a target for next week.

Completely unrelated, Francie tells Tiffany to vote for Alyssa, as well as attempt to pin her on Derek X. She agreed as long as she promised not to tell anyone anything.
