The Hurt Business Company made quite an impression during their elegant run and boosted the stocks of Bobby Lashley, MVP, Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin. However, like many factions in the WWE, the faction broke up on Monday Night Raw a few months ago, a decision that has been widely criticized by fans and superstars. It was ultimately Vince McMahon’s decision. Even Roman Reigns felt that the faction had broken down too quickly.
Despite this, Bobby Lashley has previously said that The Hurt Business is likely to be re-formed. On top of that, Bobby Lashley made it clear that he had not yet dropped The Hurt Business.
While speaking Complex, WWE Champion Big E was asked about the future challenges facing him as a champion. Big E has said he really wants to improve and take on The Hurt Business on a new day.
“The first thought that comes to mind is hurt business. I want to see them back. I want to see them together. Man, the chance to get there. The story is already there. [get] His two cast brothers again. I’ve got my two brothers. There are many opportunities. But imagine that The Hurt Business comes back together to battle the new day. All kinds of avatars; Singles matches, tag matches. Man, there is so much we can do there. ”
The MVP recently teased that The Hurt Business could be reunited after Bobby Lashley lost the WWE Championship. Whether or not that will happen remains to be seen.
