Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto’s identity revealed in Florida court case

The identity of Satoshi Nakamoto, the pseudonym for the legendary, yet unidentified creator of bitcoin, could soon be revealed in a Florida court case, according to a report.

The family of deceased computer scientist David Kliman argues that he created cryptocurrency with Craig Wright in the name of Satoshi Nakamoto. And Kleiman’s successors are suing for half their Bitcoin stash under a well-known pseudonym worth $ 70 billion. Wall Street Journal Report.

Wright, a 51-year-old Australian-based tech entrepreneur in London, claims he has created Bitcoin – which has caused widespread skepticism in the crypto community. But Kleiman’s successors, who died in 2013, argue that he co-founded Bitcoin with Wright – and that there is evidence to prove that the two men were partners.

“We believe the evidence shows that there was a partnership to create and mine more than one million bitcoins,” Wellman Friedman, a lawyer for the Kleiman family, told the newspaper.

“We believe that the court has nothing to indicate or record that they are in partnership,” said Wright’s lawyer, Andres Rivero.

Whether they are partners or not, the only proof that many Bitcoin enthusiasts have one right is that the Kleiman family comes in the form of a password or private key for a digital wallet in the name of Satoshi Nakamoto, which has more than 1. Millions of Bitcoins.

The fact that Trove had never been touched and neither Wright nor Kleiman’s family had produced a private key left many doubts about their claim.

Since the launch of digital currency in October 2008, the identity of the founders of Bitcoin has been questioned, with a person or group of people Satoshi Nakamoto issuing a nine-page white paper introducing new cryptocurrency under the pseudonym.

According to Kleiman’s family, he assisted Wright, the author of the white paper, and launched Bitcoin with him, giving him more than half a million Bitcoins according to his suit.
