Cooperative multiplayer game MapleStory and BLACKPINK is on the way, which will include a follow-up video series from the group that has revealed new cosmetics for the game and new clothes for the game.
Cooperation will begin on Thursday (Dec. 8) and will feature two videos of BLACKPINK members discussing the game. The first episode will show the group’s reaction to the 2022 MapleStory Outfit Tournament in November, while the second will show the members designing new items. MapleStory cooperation.
A teaser video for the first episode has been released, showing BLACKPINK discussing their in-game items and MapleStory‘s fashion, as well as pitching items for their collaboration.

Last week (Dec. 2), BLACKPINK announced BPM, a reality show that chronicles the girl group’s preparations for the release of their latest album, Born Pink.
The show’s title is an acronym for “Born Pink Memories,” and according to YG Entertainment, it “shows a natural, completely different side” of the performers.
In November, NME spoke with creative director Amy Bowerman about BLACKPINK’s Born Pink world tour. Discussing the inspirations for the tour, Bowerman said that fashion is “huge” for BLACKPINK.
“They’re so prevalent in fashion that you can’t get away from it,” Bowerman said. “I can’t say anything for sure. I think their personal messages and personalities are something we draw a lot of inspiration from. BLACKPINK’s identity, as we experienced them, was one of the biggest things we wanted to pull from the show.
Following the girl group’s concert in London, Spotify announced that BLACKPINK has become the second most streamed K-pop act in the world in 2022, ahead of only BTS. In addition, BLACKPINK’s tracks “Pink Venom” and “Money” are the third and fourth most streamed K-pop songs on Spotify this year.
