Cardi needs no fuss.
It looks like Cardi B may be involved in Offset and Quavo’s alleged feud at the 2023 Grammys Sunday night.
The 30-year-old “WAP” singer was caught on camera screaming loudly in video footage obtained by Entertainment Tonight.
“You’re both wrong. Both of you! It’s not right,” Cardi can be heard saying in the clip.
“No, bitch, stop. Because you shouldn’t have been talking.
It’s unclear who Cardi was directing her anger at, though it’s possible she was trying to settle things with the two rappers.
A representative for Cardi did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Offset and Quavo, both 31, reportedly got into a heated argument before performing a tribute in honor of Takeoff — the last member of his rap trio, Migos — during the “In Memoriam” portion of the evening.
The two rappers reportedly had to split up because they were feuding over how the tribute should go.
Sources told TMZ they got into a physical altercation after Quavo allegedly refused to allow Offset to join him for a tribute — despite the Recording Academy reportedly But requested the duo to perform together.
Per TMZ , Quavo allegedly blocked Offset from entering the stage, apparently starting a brawl. He then proceeded to perform his song “Without You” on stage without Offset.
However, Offset apparently denied that the altercation ever took place when he later Tweeted“How does it feel to fight my brother yall? [sic] The n—-s is crazy.”
Before the alleged incident, Cardi took to the stage to present the award for Best Rap Album to winner Kendrick Lamar.
The “Hustlers” star and Offset have two children: daughter Culture, 4, and son Viv, 1.
Before Takeoff’s murder, he and Quavo had a very close relationship, but Offset apparently fell out of the group. All three members grew up together outside of Atlanta and are family members. Takeoff was Quavo’s nephew, while Offset was Quavo’s cousin.
On November 1, 2022, Takeoff was tragically shot and killed in a Houston bowling alley after an argument over a dice game. Takeoff, whose real name was Krishnak Kharibal, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was 28 years old.
Stars flock to the Takeoff memorial to pay tribute to the rapper’s life. Offset shared at the time that she was “heartbroken” and the pain was “unbearable”.
Police arrested 33-year-old Patrick Xavier Clark as a suspect in the murder in December of that year. Police also arrested 22-year-old Cameron Joshua, who was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in connection with the shooting.
Clark was released from jail in early January on $1 million bond and remains under house arrest. He must also wear a GPS tracking device and avoid contact with anyone involved in the shooting investigation.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court again on March 9.
