EXCLUSIVE ‘No secret supply of hot water’: I am the trash claims of celebrity bosses lurking behind the scenes at Castle Camp after the stars accused them of enjoying a warm bath, free siggy and central heating.
ITV has dismissed claims that hot water is being supplied to celebrities following allegations of providing too many luxuries to campmates during their stay at the Welsh camp.
Stars including Good Morning Britain host Richard Madeley, Emmerdale actor Danny Miller and French football ace David Ginola have been hiding in the 19th century Gwrich Castle near Abergele for the next three weeks.
While there, the group will be required to ‘burn the tree’ and ‘operate a water pump for 40 minutes a day’ and earn ‘soapy water’.
But ITV has hit back following claims that warm water is actually turned on by the switch – just one of several basic luxuries they offer.
A source at the show told MailOnline: ‘There is no secret supply of hot water.’

ITV bosses have previously told MailOnline that The Clink, a smaller, more basic camping shower, is ‘primitive’, where competitors need to work on their own warm water.
He said: ‘This is a very small living space; They sleep at least but they have no beds – they sleep on the floor.

A Sun source said: ‘Danny was listening to one of them within an hour of the admission hearing being completed. David had two smokes in less than an hour.

This year’s series has been labeled ‘Never Tough’ by Producers and features ‘Every Day a Tough Challenge’.
The experiments will be filmed late at night after a live performance on ITV.
Therefore, campers do not eat their evening meal – if they win any food – until dawn.
Tom said: ‘Efforts always take place after a live show because obviously you have votes on the live show and the dinner is a direct result of the trial so depending on the number of stars they win … they make a late night meal.’
