While we’re in the season of giving, I wanted to highlight Kirk and Yvonne, a couple we photographed recently. “The American Dream Home: Beach Life.”
If there are two people who deserve to find their dream home and dip their toes in the sand, it’s these two.
Florida’s quaint Ponte Vedra Beach is amazing – and they’ve chosen the perfect place to look for a home.

They told us in the episode that they were looking for some “easy living” – and what I loved was how much they embraced the peace and quiet they discovered there. (I’m imagining them drowning as I write this!)
Kirk and Yvonne can be seen on the show enjoying “nature radio” in Ponte Vedra Beach.
Yvonne and Kirk appeared on Cheryl Casone’s American Dream Home on Fox Business to share their quest to find a place to relax and enjoy while continuing to run a small business that helps others. They found their happiness in Ponte Vedra, Florida.

Additionally, housing market it’s hot out there (like the temperature), inventory is low, and prices are up 24 percent over last year.
This is a couple that has spent a lot of time professional life giving back to others.
It brought joy to my heart that they were able to spend about $2 million on housing!
Kirk and Yvonne decided to open their own business, Wling Hands. This is a small business that helps those in need.
It’s about the “American Dream House”: ordinary people, American families come together to make their dreams come true. A love story that began seven years ago and continues now, then two children – and now grandchildren.

Kirk and Yvonne decided to open their own business, Wling Hands.
It reflects what they want their new company to look like: small business It helps those who need help.
Yvonne describes it well: She says they are people who are “willing to help, willing to give, willing to do.”
They now have 200 employees, a thrift store, and a perfect new home today.
They had very little money in the beginning, but they helped feed the homeless, help people get cars if they needed them, and get food when they were hungry.

We caught up with Kirk and Yvonne last week after their episode aired.
The beautiful beach in Ponte Vedra, Florida is the place the couple chose to relax, unwind and make their new home.

“You have no idea how amazing this experience was for us! Just like buying a house, those ‘is this really happening?’ moments.”
“This is a memory we will share with our friends and family for years to come.”
They added: “And then to see ourselves on TV – no words. We are grateful that you chose us to represent the typical American couple going through the process of buying a ‘dream home’ in their dream location. “
