8:27 AM PT – Rugs has not been ordered back to jail on a missed test, but a judge has ruled that he must now be on 24/7 alcohol supervision.
The judge ordered the Rugs to wear an ankle device that measures the level of alcohol in their system through their skin. The NFL player has previously been testing his alcohol level through a handheld device.
Ruggs did not speak to members of the media as he was walking out of the courtroom. He is due to appear in court next December for another hearing on his DUI case.
