You cooked (or contributed) a delicious meal for family and friends at Christmas – what do you do with the leftovers?
Manhattan chef and culinary stylist Ashton Keefe has some easy answers.
This week on Fox & Friends, she shared some fun ways to repurpose some of those holiday leftovers and create amazing meals from carefully selected, cooked and prepared foods.

He noted, “Everyone has a big roast … and we make sandwiches that everyone likes. So it’s a great lunch or a low-key dinner.”
With a little mayonnaise and horseradish “so we make spicy mayonnaise – very good”.
A chef has turned a leftover Christmas roast into a ‘very easy’ tasty new meal for friends and family, rather than a ‘cheesy’ one. And “it looks great,” he said.

He sliced ​​the roast beef, rolled it into a beautiful roll – “it’s not pretty, it’s easy, but it looks great.”
Then he added beef, as well as caramelized onions and arugula.

It’s not hard to make a delicious and healthy meal using holiday leftovers – and one chef and culinary artist (not pictured) shared some tasty sandwich ideas on The Fox and Friends this week.

He paired the sandwich with a bottle of Josh Cellars cabernet sauvignon for a perfect holiday season wine selection.
He said he chooses this wine because the company “gives back during the holidays. It’s a great wine to support and goes well with a roast beef sandwich.”

Then Keefe demonstrated a recipe for homemade pancakes – simple, easy, delicious.
“But you freeze them,” he said.
