First son Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop emails reveal that one of his business partners allegedly helped move President Biden’s Senate papers to the University of Delaware in an influence peddling operation. was “Sensitive” and “Classified” documents.
Former Rosemont Seneca advisers president Eric Schurin discussed Trump’s delivery with Biden’s deputy advisers Catherine Aoyama and Michael Monaghan, and concerns were raised by the Obama White House about the donation’s content.

Three days later, Aoyama followed up with Shuren and approved the concerns raised by Hogan.
“As you can see, the terms contained in the current draft are very favorable to the university,” Aoyama wrote. “Cynthia also asked me to note that because of the political sensitivity associated with any public release of the vice president’s Senate papers, both the vice president’s office and the White House would have strong opinions about some of these things. There will be, particularly those related to the timing and scope of any public release.

Among other issues, Oyama went ahead, proposing a draft for transfer. no Set out a procedure to withhold sensitive or personal material, and “appears to include Obama-Biden transition papers, which the vice president does not have.”
Counsel also noted the need to insert a provision outlining “the university’s duty to comply with privacy laws, committee record handling rules, information classification procedures, etc.”
Less than two hours later, Schwerin forwarded Oyama’s email to Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca email account, telling him “FYI – if you want to stay in the loop.”
It is unclear how the issues raised by Biden’s White House lawyers were resolved. But given Biden’s pattern, we have zero confidence that there aren’t multiple classified documents in those 1,850 boxes of Senate records.
The Biden administration has referred questions about a possible search of the University of Delaware facility to the White House counsel’s office, which has dubiously claimed to be completely transparent with the ongoing investigation. Attorney General Merrick Garland has appointed special counsel Robert Herr to lead a criminal investigation into the misuse of classified material by Biden or others in his orbit.
Rosemont Seneca Advisors, the investment firm co-founded and run by Hunter Biden, and its affiliates have come under scrutiny amid revelations that the first son represented Rosemont during trips to Beijing. While doing this, he met with top Chinese companies connected to the state. Dad was furious.
A Rosemont affiliate is also accused of receiving a mysterious $3.5 million payment from Elena Baturina, Russia’s richest woman and the widow of former Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov, according to a Senate report.
