Fonda did a little tap dance after meeting Brady.
Jane Fonda recalled how she felt after meeting football legend Tom Brady for her film “80 for Brady” on Saturday. According to The Hollywood Reporter.
“My knees went weak when he walked into my trailer,” Fonda recalled. “I am amazed by such skills. If someone is the best in the world at what they do, you have to respect and honor that. I’m just amazed.”
While Brady, whose team will soon be playing in the NFL playoffs, did not attend the film’s premiere, he did come to Fonda’s dressing room to introduce himself during filming for the film.
“He was kind and humble, which is hard to believe given how good he was at what he did, but it’s true. He was also sweet and polite,” recalls the 85-year-old screen legend.

Inspired by a true story, the film follows four friends (Sally Field, Rita Moreno played by Lily Tomlin and Fonda) and their visit to Super Bowl LI in 2017 to witness the Patriots’ victory.
80 for Brady stars Billy Porter, Guy Fieri and even Patriots tight end Ron Gronkowski.
Brady, who is working as a producer on the upcoming film, was equally impressed.

“Having the opportunity to work alongside these four incredibly talented women was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience,” says the defender. Told the people. “Not only are they true professionals and experts in their field, but they are even better people and it was an honor to work with them.”
80 for Brady hits theaters on February 3, 2023.
