Joey Lawrence, 46, told Page Six that he gives two thumbs up to his brother Matthew Lawrence’s relationship with TLC singer Chills.
“Matt is happy, Chili is happy,” she told us in a recent interview.
“Look, I’m not a fortune teller, you know what I mean? But I know…. I just want them to be happy. So as long as it’s working, great. You know. That’s what anybody wants. I think they’re doing great….I love the fact that they’re so happy right now, so that’s great.
In fact, Joey and his wife Samantha Cope have openly welcomed the singer, whose real name is Rosonda Thomas.
When asked if they’ve gone out on any double dates, he told us, “It’s one of those things that we’re going to do. But we’ve been hanging out together and we’ve gone and Saw the show – which was great – at the Hollywood Bowl a few months ago.
Earlier this year, Matthew — who divorced “Dancing with the Stars” dancer Cheryl Burke — confirmed he was dating Pepper, 51.
“I’ve been with Pepper since 2005 and I’ve never seen her so in love,” her rep Crystal Jordan previously told Page Six. “She’s glowing. They’re really cute together.”

Just before Thanksgiving, the longtime friends’ relationship turned romantic and they spent the holiday together in Atlanta.
The “No Scrubs” singer and “Boy Meets World” alum also went Instagram official on New Year’s Eve as Chili posted a video of the pair dancing to A-ha’s “Take On Me.”

However, part of the reason there hasn’t been a double date yet may be that Cope gave birth to the couple’s first child, a daughter named Dylan Rose Lawrence, last month.
“He’s so perfect and we love him so much,” said Cope, 35.
And if that wasn’t enough to keep the couple busy, they are also promoting a rom-com called “Frankie Meets Jack” in which they not only star but also co-write. (Andrew, the youngest brother of Joey and Matthew, directed the film.)
The former child star told us that neither of them had ever written a script before but “we decided we wanted to give it a try. We’re motivated to do it.”
