Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal have a long-running joke on their TNT halftime show, when the former Houston Rockets guard runs up to the big video board, where the Hall of Famer tries to hit him.
On Tuesday, during halftime coverage of a game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Cleveland Cavaliers, O’Neal tried to hit Smith on the video board again. This time, Smith gave O’Neal a little push, sending the former Los Angeles Lakers star into a Christmas tree on the set.

O’Neal lay in a tree for a moment while the rest of the NBA on TNT crew gathered.

Another Twitter user recalled Smith pushing O’Neal into a Christmas tree eight years ago. O’Neill then fell and the tree went through the floor with the big man.
O’Neal and Smith, along with Ernie Johnson and Charles Barkley, have been mainstays in NBA programs for several years.
Barkley had flirted with joining LIV Golf over the summer, but that flirtation led to Turner signing a new contract worth more than $100 million.
