Chatting with fans on Twitter Sunday night, the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star confirmed that she is not dating despite rumors that she has reconciled with Tristan Thompson.
“Who has time for a man Lol I have a 6 month old and [my daughter] Truth and I are sickly dependent on each other. Ha! I secretly love him” he tweeted.
