Larsa Pippen says she and Michael Jordan’s son Marcus are ‘friends’ after romance rumors


Larsa Pippen is once again addressing the status of her relationship with Marcus Jordan.

During Bravo’s Watch What Happens With Andy Cohen on Monday, retired NBA star Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife Larsa was pressed about her recent relationship with Scottie’s ex-son Marcus, 31. . Bulls teammate Michael Jordan.

“We’re friends,” said Larsa, who first connected with Marcus in September.

Larsa also said she and Pippen, 57, did not discuss their friendship with Marcus, who supported the “Real Housewives of Miami” star in the audience on Monday.

Scottie Pippen, 59, and Michael Jordan played together for the Bulls in the 1990s, winning six championships, as featured in the ESPN documentary “The Last Dance.” Pippen has previously expressed frustration with the show’s portrayal of Jordan as having a strong influence.

Larsa said Monday that despite what many people think, her family and the Jordan Islands were not that close.

“I think a lot of people think our families are really close and connected, but they really weren’t,” she said.

Larsa married Scotty in 1997, they finalized their divorce in late 2021. They have four children.

In recent months, Larsa has been spotted with Marcus. The reality star opened up to Page Six this month about how they’ve been “friends for the past few years.”

“I’m in a place where I’m open to dating. Every time I see someone [people] think of it as more than it actually is, and it’s usually nothing. So, yes, I’m currently dating and focusing on my business, family and recreation,” she said.
