“All we have in the minority is our vote. Now conservatives in the majority have to implement the policies we’ve put in place,” Boebert said in a statement Monday.

“My strong voice for conservative values is not going anywhere,” he continued. “I always call out the hypocrisy and lies of the radical left, but that can’t be my focus in many.”

In his post, Boebert thanked his supporters for voting to reinstate him and called for a political cooling in Washington.

“Republicans have been entrusted with a majority, and we must now prove that we can lower the temperature in D.C. by leading with grace, not just force,” Boebert wrote.

After the announcement of the intermediate race, Boebert officially won after a recount.

Boebert’s opponent, Democrat Adam Frisch, conceded the election before the recount.

With his victory, the Republican congressman will return to Washington for a second term.
