Leonardo DiCaprio has been trolled online after sparking romance rumors with a 19-year-old model — but insiders tell Page Six they aren’t an item either.
The “Titanic” star, 48, sat next to model Aidan Polanyi at a music event and sparked unconfirmed dating rumors.
But an insider told Us of any purported romance, “There’s no truth to it. He was just sitting around. [Polani] At a music party, with many other people.
The source said that one photo makes it look like they’re together, but, “That’s just silly. Leo obviously can’t date every single person. [he’s] in a room with.”
The two attended Ebony Rally’s release party for their new EP over Grammy weekend.
Either way, the star – who is known to date young models – was dragged on Twitter.
“Leonardo DiCaprio’s girlfriend is too young to have his high school experience interrupted by COVID-19,” huffed A user Monday.
Another posted, “Now there’s a dog older than Leonardo DiCaprio’s girlfriend. Let that sink in for a second,” referring to the world’s oldest dog, 30-year-old Bobby.
DiCaprio was also recently rumored to be dating 23-year-old Hollywood scion Victoria Lamas, the daughter of “Falconcrest” actor Lorenzo Lamas.
He attended the same music party.

Lamas was recently spotted leaving the exclusive Bird Streets club in West Hollywood with “The Wolf of Wall Street” star.
But sources later insisted to Page Six that DiCaprio and Lamas were not dating — and that they even got together in a group at the hotspot.
