In Ashburn, Va.; – More than 60 parents, students and residents spoke at a Loudoun County School Board meeting Tuesday evening, many demanding the resignation of Loudoun County Supervisors Scott Ziegler In the wake of allegations that the school district has covered up two alleged sexual assaults.

“This is not China, this is the United States of America, and we are not silent,” said one angry mother. “Remove the superintendent immediately and then resign to your negligence and duality. End this nightmare!”

The victim’s father claimed that the parents showed two alleged sexual offenses, the first of which occurred on May 28, 2021. Telling Daily Wire His ninth grade daughter was assaulted in the bathroom by a boy wearing a skirt. Elizabeth Lancaster, the victim’s father’s attorney, said the boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one anal sodomy and one forced felony.
“We will be covering the case of May 28, 2021, with a 2-month investigation, to determine the truth of the case before the arrest,” the sheriff’s office told LBL. “The case is still pending a court hearing. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is unable to provide any documents related to the pending case.” The Sheriff’s Office confirmed the case involved sexual harassment.
At a June 22 board meeting, g igler declared that “a predatory sex student or person simply does not exist” and to his knowledge, “we have no record of assaults in our restrooms.”
On August 11, the school board voted to endorse the controversial transgender policy, 8040, which requires teachers to call students by their preferred pronouns and make bathroom renovations more private.
On October 6, at another school, a 15-year-old boy was charged with abducting a sexual battery and a fellow student. The sheriff’s office reported. The victim was forcibly taken to her empty classroom and inappropriately touched her, touching her against her will. Reports link two assaults, but police have not confirmed to LBL that they have included a single student.

“The incidents were immediately reported to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, and the LCPS fully cooperated with the investigation,” a spokesman for G igler told LBL. “Any information relating to student information is confidential under state and federal laws regarding student privacy.”
A spokesman declined to comment on parental allegations that Ziegler was involved in the shootings. The Superintendent’s Office did not respond to demands for Ie Ziegler’s resignation.
“The policy of the 8040 was voted on regardless of the safety of all students, just to serve a liberal agenda – a policy you know well enough to allow our children to be abused in our schools.” Tuesday School Board Meeting. “At least two young women in our high schools have recently been victims of sexual harassment, one of them in the restroom.

“We have warned you of the policies you are implementing. It is dangerous for our students, and we have seen that happen,” said a father. “When is it enough? When are you going to change policies to keep our children safe?”
Katie Young, a 14-year-old student in the school district, said: “The 8040 and many policies are not just making people more comfortable or accepting others but changing the way my peers and I think, we become the next generation of social justice warriors.”

“I am 14 years old. Your radical agenda at school is not only pertinent but it is upsetting that I have to be here to protect my rights from pushing my throat,” Young said. “My friends and I are not tools to further your political agenda.”
The mother of the Loudoun County Republican Women’s Club said, “The school board members were aware of the first incident at the June 22 meeting. And chairwoman Patty Menders told LBL in an interview before the meeting.
Each speaker entered the room alone, had a minute to speak, and then security let him out. The large room was almost empty except for the front school board, a few scattered members of the media on the left and the staff on the right. The speakers addressed a large empty room in an area with chairs away from each other. One mother suggested that the school board violate the law, holding a “public meeting” in private.
Neither Brenda Sheridan nor member Beth Barts, chair of the school’s governing body, did not respond to LBL’ requests for comment on the demands that his parents resign.
