Virginia State Police on Friday arrested a psychic man charged with producing and distributing material known as child sexual abuse material from a home day care facility.
Virginia State Police on Friday arrested a psychic man for allegedly distributing what he described as “child sexual abuse material” outside a home daycare facility.
Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force took 48-year-old Philomon Ventura Fernandez into custody after serving a warrant at a home on the 8600 block of Devonshire Court.
Fernandez is being held on $20,000 bond.
Charges include reproduction, distribution, solicitation and facilitation of content.
The police have informed those they believe were influenced by the crimes.
