Memphis police have released video of two stores taking $10,000 worth of merchandise.


Police in Memphis, Tennessee, released video of four men breaking into a liquor store on Sunday, and said they also robbed a BP gas station 20 minutes earlier.

Authorities say the alleged robberies happened between 12:20 and 12:50 a.m. Sunday at Gordon’s Liquor and a BP gas station.

At Gordon’s Liquor, police said the men used a sledgehammer to break in the front door and “stole several bottles of liquor before fleeing the scene in two different black infinitys.” Police arrived at the scene at 12:50 p.m

About 30 minutes earlier, at 12:20 a.m., police say the same men robbed a BP gas station convenience store.

According to police estimates, the value of the merchandise taken during the robbery is “in excess of $10,000.”
