Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham’s fairytale wedding reportedly came with a side of drama.
According to the Daily Mail, the billionaire father of the “Bates Motel” alum, Nelson Peltz, has filed a lawsuit against wedding planners Nicole Braghan and Ariana Grijalba for refusing to return the $159,000 they gave her. .
In the lawsuit, Nelson, 80, claims he and his wife, Claudia Peltz, hired Grijalba and Braghan in March 2022 through their firm, Plan Design Events.
After parting ways with her first wedding planner, Peltz hired the two, six weeks before the star-studded wedding was scheduled to take place at the billionaire’s Palm Beach estate.
However, after just nine days on the job, Grijalba and Braghan decided not to go ahead with Nicola and Beckham because they couldn’t handle the couple’s guest list, which included more than 500 people.

A week before the RSVP exchange, Grijalba reportedly posted in the group chat that she was “going to drink before her head explodes,” to which the “Last Airbender” actress reportedly replied, ” YES QUEEN!!!!”
Nelson is also reportedly suing the pair for legal fees.
Page Six has reached out to Nicola’s rep for comment but did not immediately respond.
