Nonprofit CompletePlayground settled in FiDi, signed a 15-year lease

Good news for FiDi families: CompletePlayground, a nonprofit family activity center, has signed a 15-year lease for Tribeca Associates’ 40,000-square-foot retail space at 30 Broad St. Founded by CompleteBody CEO Alex Reznick, the facility fills the space it last occupied. Rents were $250 per square foot for 3,500 square feet on the first floor and $60 per square foot for the basement, mezzanine and second floor.

The landlord was represented by Colliers’ David Tricarico and Jake Horowitz, who commented that “FiDi retail continues to gain momentum.”

According to Bill Brodsky, director of Tribeca Associates, his team “realized that CompletePlayground had many options. We were happy to meet their needs.”

CompletePlayground offers programming for kids through gymnastics, martial arts, rock climbing, dance and other activities.
