Move over “F-King” Adam Schefter.
Daniel Chalet — aka Danny Boy Hustle Hard — is the “official driver” for Odell Beckham Jr. and Saquon Barkley, according to his Instagram bio. On the same social media platform Wednesday night, Chalet Beckham dropped what could have been NFL news when he hinted that he wanted to sign with the Giants rather than the Cowboys.
“You guys thought Odell was going to the Cowboys, right?” A native of Chalet, Bloomfield, New Jersey. “Let me tell you something. I’m better than King Adam Schefter. I’m better than King Jordan Schultz. He doesn’t go to any cowboys. Do you want to know where he is going? To the king here.”
For weeks, the 30-year-old Beckham was likely to sign with the Cowboys because of their position as a strong contender and the team’s selection of a receiver. However, Beckham reportedly left the Cowboys’ visit this week without a contract and the team is concerned about his playing status this season as he continues to recover from a torn ACL.

Before going to Dallas, Beckham spent time with the Bills and Giants. Although the Giants are in a playoff spot at 7-4-1, few consider them to be as much of a Super Bowl contender as Dallas and Buffalo. Although Beckham started his career with the Giants, Barkley and other players were eager for him to return. It’s unclear how much impact Beckham will have this season, even in the playoffs, with a full return expected in 2023.
Chalet briefly gained notoriety last season after the then-Buccaneers receiver melted down shirtless after carrying Antonio Brown outside MetLife Stadium in the middle of a game against the Jets. However, he has long been a popular figure among Giants and Jets players.
Warning: Graphic language

“People always know I’m around someone like Odell,” Chalet told NJ.com in a 2020 profile. “Other players think: If Odell believes in me, I’m good money.”
