The Oklahoma City Police Department has released video of the manhunt for the fatal driver.
Investigators say that around 9:00 p.m. local time on Nov. 2, an unknown vehicle and driver “struck and killed the victim while crossing the street and drove away.”
The incident happened on Northwest 1st St. and occurred on Pennsylvania Ave.

The victim was first seen on November 2 in Oklahoma waiting for traffic to pass before crossing the rest of the road. A light-colored sedan can be seen approaching the victim from the right.

A video released by police shows a man crossing the street before stopping on the center yellow line to wait for oncoming traffic to pass.

According to the police, the car hit the victim and killed them.

Chicago police have arrested a man in connection with a hit-and-run that killed a woman and a child.
But before the man can continue, a light-colored sedan hits them.

Eventually, the other drivers pulled over on Northwest 1st St. in Oklahoma City. and Pennsylvania Ave. They stopped to check on the victim who was hit at the intersection.

Footage taken after the collision shows several vehicles passing the victim before stopping at the scene.
The driver turns on the emergency lights and gets out of the car to monitor the victim’s condition.
