WWE brought live fans back to SmackDown this week when they traveled to Houston. It’s a night that Texas fans will never forget, especially those who despise Michael Cole.

Pat McAfee is one of the best talkers in professional wrestling, but he’s not technically a wrestler. He showed everyone in NXT during his tenure there, something that put the roster of the CM Punk Black and Gold brand to shame.
McAfee took the microphone in Houston and said he loved America’s fourth largest city. He also drove the crowd away, saying he would remember the last night for decades to come.
Then Pat McAfee turned his attention to Michael Cole. After praising Houston, Pat said “Michael Cole says Houston stinks!” Then he made a sports reference about Houston players leaving the city, and Michael Cole moved from Houston to San Antonio for the same reason. This was something that got the crowd very big.
Obviously, Pat McPhee is an asset to WWE and he certainly knows how to charm the crowd. We can’t wait to see more clips like this as WWE continues its tour. You can watch the clip below.
