Paul Scholes has not pulled any punches in his assessment that Michael Carrick has taken over the temporary responsibility of Manchester United, saying he should be sacked after the dismissal of Ole Gunnar Soulszare.
He is managing the side in the Champions League against Villarreal, while Scholes has slammed the fact that he is still in the club.
The Man United legend targeted Carrick and Kieran McKenna and Mike Phelan, who were under staff during the Soulszare regime.
On BT Sport, he said: “I’m embarrassed to be on staff now. They all have to go, get laid or get off their own backs.
“He’s let down the club as much as Ole.”
