Phoenix police accused of filming porn while on duty


A Phoenix police officer is being investigated for filming and distributing porn while on duty and working from home.

Officer Christian Goggans, 30, has been sharing adult videos on his Twitter handle, Rico Blaze. Arizona family first reported citing anonymous sources.

Rico Blaze’s account has since been made private and its contents cannot be viewed without the user’s permission.

Goggans writes about himself in the description of the page, which is still visible to the public: “I am Art & my. [eggplant emoji] is a pen.”

Goggans, originally from Ohio, reportedly started filming porn in 2019, a year before he joined the Phoenix police force.

While he was on homework, Goggans shuttled between Phoenix and Las Vegas filming and starring in videos described as extremely graphic X-rated.

The Phoenix Police Department confirmed to the station that Goggans is currently the subject of an open internal investigation, but the agency would not go into further details.

According to police, Goggans was doing homework for “unrelated and non-disciplinary reasons” before the investigation began.

Phoenix police did not immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday.
