A trio of iconic Las Vegas casinos announced on Friday that they will be re-enacting the mask mandate for employees regardless of vaccination status.
Policy change at the Venetian, Palazzo and Sands Expo & Convention Center comes in response to new recommendations Southern Nevada Health District.
“With the rise in cases and vaccine rates slowing in Clark County, the Health District’s recommendation to wear masks in crowded public settings, including grocery stores, malls, large events and casinos, is fully utilizing the equipment we have available. There is one step to use. Stop the pandemic, ”said SNHD.
“Our guests have complimentary face masks available at the front desk, the Grazie’s desk, and the concierge desk,” said Keith Salvosky, a Venetian spokesman. told the Las Vegas Review Journal.
