Rhonda Rousey and Travis Brown celebrated the birth of the couple’s first child a week ago. Mum is already back in shape and she showed her results to everyone in an Instagram post.
On September 27, the couple celebrated the birth of their daughter, Lacia Macalapuvokalanip Brown. Rousey is focused on becoming a new mother and in the meantime life can throw her off. At this time she is not announcing any future plans, but she is still recovering after her childbirth 10 days ago.
The former WWE RAW Women’s Champion posted a couple Instagram photos to share her experience. Now she’s thinking about how she got back into judo training 6 days after her mother gave birth. Rousey is not going to break her mother’s record, but her body is recovering quickly.
After 10 days postpartum – my mother @ annmaria7gen returned to training 6 days after receiving my sister Maria, then gained weight 6 weeks later and won the Judo US Open … she only gained 12 pounds when she was pregnant with me – and I was an 8 pound baby!

My body seems to be recovering faster than I expected, but I don’t know if the PE threw a grenade on my 6 week inspection. It feels like I’ve lost a lifelong muscle since I broke my both hands and got pregnant – it’s easy to get discouraged by everything that has progressed – but I’m looking forward to training again if anything. This is an opportunity and shape my body to its next level
Rhonda Rousey has a ton of support at home and from fans. This is a very special time in her life as she adjusts to have another little baby around Broussy Acres. It seems her body is ready for the next challenge.
