Colorado police are on the lookout for ‘multiple’ suspects after six teenagers were injured near Aurora High School on Monday afternoon.

The victims, aged 14 to 18, were wounded in a gunfire at neighboring Aurora Central High School in Noam Park, police said.

“We all have to be outraged by what happened here today,” Aurora Police Chief Vanessa Wilson told reporters.

Investigators seized bullets of different calibers from the scene, leading to the belief that ‘multiple’ gunmen were shot, though no arrests were made.

Fox 31 reported that witnesses recalled hearing 50 gunshots as students fled the park.

School resource officers applied the tourniquet to adolescents who were taken to hospital for emergency surgery, Wilson said, adding that no victims suffered life-threatening injuries.

No victims, all students of the school, suffer from life.

Wilson said her heart sank when she learned of the shooting.
