After the murder, it did not appear to be a suspect and Dupree knew each other, police said.
“It seems like random execution for no reason, and it’s more concerned with us,” said Detroit Police Capt. James McGinnis.
According to a Fox 2 Detroit report, the shooter, who fled northwest, was white, about 5 feet, 9 inches, and wearing a puffer jacket, hoodie, black pants and a black shoe. He had a backpack with bright yellow i zippers.
