“It was offensive, and it was violent. It’s not a comedic character like this local peeping Tom or a local flasher … it’s offensive, deliberate, it’s calculated.
“I felt like I was in immediate danger.”
Recalling the moment she reported the incident to police officers, she said: “He was playing with her.
“I remember telling him clearly, I think he had to. And I told him at the time because I was very surprised at how weak his response was.
“I said then, I really think that’s what he needs to do, and there’s a big part of me that really thinks it’s not him. Because, if it is, it’s horrible. It could have lasted a very, very long time.”
Mrs Wilson said she had told her husband and friends at the time what had happened but that she “immediately” identified the cougans when they saw the news.
Speaking about her decision to speak this time, she said: “I have a teenage daughter now, she’s out of the house. And I want to tell my daughter, when she goes out with her friends she can have her whole self, she can wear whatever she wants, she can walk the streets with confidence and me.” To make the sauce as desired.
“At this point, as a mother, I don’t feel I can do it. You know, to tell her that you are safe, realistically, authenticly and reliably.
“I think we just don’t bid time until something happens to our daughters. And they never have to deal with something like this.”
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “The Met received a complaint about an investigation into the indecent incident in Greenwich on Friday, October 8, 2008. The complaint is being evaluated by the Directorate of Professional Standards.”
