The “Golden Mecca” of BTS is also known for their love of exercise, often posting videos of themselves on social media. Other members took note of this active lifestyle, even associating terms such as “muscle monster” with Jungkook.

Following the release of their single, “Butter”, BTS members answered questions about each other for the 2021 FESTA. He was also asked to describe each artist in this K-pop group. When it came to Jungkook, the youngest member of the K-pop group, Suga said that the artist “can do anything.”
“He’s like my little brother,” Jimin said, according to the translation on the video. “She’s the one I value most recently,” J-Hope said.
The group’s leader, RM, described Jungkook as a “muscle man”. Jin had a similar reaction, saying that Jungkook is known to have “a lot of muscle.” Wei said that Jungkook is a “muscle monster”.
Jungkook doesn’t use those words to describe himself, but he does occasionally share a glimpse of his abs with fans, especially during a live performance of “Fake Love.”

According to Suga, many BTS members exercise together
Jungkook is BTS’s unofficial muscle man, who often posts videos of him boxing with his trainer. Other members have been known to exercise, occasionally posting about their routines on social media.
Although, according to J-Hope, they all did pre-debut workouts often, some artists in this K-pop group exercise more often than others. During the 2021 BTS Festa, Suga shared that he usually works out with RM, Jimin and Jungkook.
“If you come to the gym, you can see soldiers like in the movies. We’re like, ‘Yeah, baby! Go, go,'” Suga said, imitating lifting weights. “When you open the door, you’ll see us without shirts saying, ‘We’re awesome, yes!'”
During an interview with the BBC, members of this K-pop group shared that exercising is one of the best ways for them to de-stress. Jimin even said that running or sweating helps him sleep.
