Tourniquet on the cover of NME

“GLOW ON” was released in August 2021. In a five star review, NME called it “the sound of rock music stretched to its thrilling limits”.

The band have since performed a chaotic set at Glastonbury 2022 and appeared on the cover. NME.

On the cover, Yates spoke about the band’s crossover appeal, saying, “It’s always a great feeling. The ability to reach someone who is looking for our music and seeing it happen always great feeling. Since we’ve been able to play live again, we’ve been able to play for a lot of new people…

“I think playing music, whoever you ask, is always an exciting opportunity, especially when you don’t feel like you’re doing the same thing. [and that] you are always growing. It doesn’t mean size [of a crowd]but growth is about challenging yourself, putting yourself in new scenarios, and taking opportunities to move forward.

Next year, before the new European shows, Turnstile will play North American tour dates and tour with the recently reunited Blink-182.
