Two names have been revealed as witnesses at the Prince Andrew sexual assault trial

A new blow to Prince Andrew has come to light, as two of his alleged pro attorneys have uncovered two witnesses to question as part of the case.

Duke’s legal team is preparing to go toe-to-toe with her lawyer, Virginia Roberts, after she was 17 and accused of forcibly having sex with Andrew.

Andrew has denied the allegations.

Two witnesses have now been revealed to testify or be interviewed as the Virginia team attempts to prove their claims against Andrew.

The first was Shukri Walker, who claims to have seen Prince Andrew with a young woman at London’s Tramp Nightclub, at which time Ms Giuffrey argued that Andrew had abused her.

The second witness is Robert Olney, who is Prince Andrew’s former horse and assistant.

It is believed they may have information about Andrew’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein – his name appears in the public edition of Epstein’s ‘Black Book’.

Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, Epstein staff members Juan Patricio Alesi, Larry Wisowski, Johanna Sjoberg and Steve Scully and Meghan Markle were previously cited as potential witnesses.

And this is a further humiliation blow to the Duke, who has already removed his military titles and royal patronage.

Virginia is seeking an unknown amount of damage after Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislane Maxwell smuggled Andrew.

However, it is reported that if they win, the sum could easily be over £ 14 million.

Duke has been longtime friends with the pedo couple – Epstein and Maxwell – but knows nothing about their ill-treatment.

And the humiliated Royal will face questions about his claims about the case – such as his car crash interview on BBC Newsnight in 2019.

This may include questioning whether or not he can sweat, or claim that he was actually on Pizza Express the night he first abused Virginia.

Andrew will face extradition under oath, during which he can answer questions about his marriage, his genitals and his sex life.

His accusers have vowed “nothing is off limits.”

Virginia insisted on having sex with Andrew three times – once in London, once in New York, and once in Epstein’s private island of Little St. James.

Legal action

Duke is facing prosecution for the first time since Virginia went public in 2011.

He strongly denies all the allegations – and claims he has no memory of meeting the teen.

But despite his denials, Andrew has been expelled from the royal family and left to fight his battles alone as a “private citizen.”

Andrew is described as the Queen’s “favorite son”.

His brother Prince Charles and nephew Prince William – Britain’s next two kings – are said to have given the final push.

It came after an hour-long summit with her and the Queen, saying that Charles had made the final decision to “protect” his mother.

Andrew’s case is finally coming to court after a judge threw out his final attempt to stop using the backroom $ 500k settlement agreement between Epstein and Virginia.

Virginia claims she abused Epstein and Maxwell after meeting Andrew at a London nightclub in 2001.

It is alleged that she was forced back into the townhouse of Ghislane forcing her to have sex with a 41-year-old royal at the time.

Andrew has repeatedly denied all allegations against her, including rape in the first degree, and her lawyers have “a tendency to change her story.”

She has previously warned that she can create “false memories” with her rights.

Virginia claims she was attracted by Paul Maxwell of the Duke of York and lured Pedo Epstein into an ill sex pyramid scheme.

Her legal team argues that “no man who is president or prince is above the law” is “a scared, vulnerable child with no one to protect her” when she is abused by Andrew.

Andrew is the only defendant named in the lawsuit brought under the New York State Children’s Victims Act, but Epstein and Maxwell are frequently cited.

Virginia claims she feared for her life when she was forced into a sexual act with Andrew, allegedly aware of her age and status as a “victim of sex trafficking.”

Court documents say Ms Giuffre was “loaned for sexual purposes” by a convicted sex offender, Epstein, including when she was still a minor under US law.

Docs adds the alleged attacks “caused and caused significant emotional and psychological distress and hurt to her”.

“Prince Andrew’s actions, described above, constitute extreme and outrageous behavior that will shock the conscience,” the lawsuit said, describing the emotional distress Ms Giuffre suffered.

“The child molestation that Prince Andrew knew he was a victim of sex trafficking, and when he was almost 40 years old, exceeded all limits of decency and was unbearable in the civilian community,” it added.

In an infamous Newsnight interview with the BBC’s Emily Maitlis in November 2019, Andrew denied claims that she had slept with Ms Giuffre and “had no memory” of meeting him.

He said he did not remember the famous photo of Maxwell in his arms around Virginia’s waist, and questioned whether the photo was doctored.

The outcome of the interview criticized the royal family for their lack of sympathy for Epstein’s victims and his lack of remorse for his friendship with the disgraced financier.

Andrew has previously promised to help with any investigation of his former friend, but there is a long-running battle between his team and US prosecutors about how much he has helped him.

Epstein was hanged in his jail cell in 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking offenses.

And Maxwell, meanwhile, could spend the rest of his life in prison after being convicted for his role in the project.
