The BallstonGives charity of the Ballston Business Improvement District is hosting its inaugural Bands & Brews on the Boulevard on Saturday, July 24, with live music and what it calls the 200-Foot Street Pub.

The event will run from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and will be held directly on Wilson Boulevard, with Wilson’s two-block section N.N. Stuart Street to N. Randolph Street is closed to traffic. It is just a few blocks away from the Ballston metro stop.

Ballston BID says the event is family-friendly, and admission is free. Beverage tickets can be purchased online in advance.
