A popular tool that can answer questions in surprisingly human ways, called ChatGPT, has captured the attention of the Internet as people write it song lyrics, articles, TV episodes, and more.
Now, OpenAI, the company behind the chatbot, is joining the mainstream. Microsoft is reportedly investing up to $10 billion in the company, hoping to use ChatGPT to revive its search engine, Bing, and improve products in its Microsoft Office suite.
