A woman is “stunned” after finding “once in a life” a packet of cheese and onion crisps.
Yarna Davis was horrified when she opened the Walker’s Multipack from Sainsbury’s – and there was no crisps in one of the packets.
Yarna from Cardiff said he went to the store last Monday to buy snacks.
When she got home, she packed the packet and then decided to dive into another one.
But to her horror, there were no crisps in the second packet.
Hairdresser Yarna told WalesOnline: “I bought them down the road in Sainsbury’s and opened the first packet three days ago.
“My friend is here and I finished the first packet. I thought, ‘Oh, I’m still hungry – I’ll have another one.’ I shook the pack, and was like, ‘Oh, that’s funny’.
“And I said to my friend,‘ Look at this. ’There was obviously no noise or anything when I shook the packet.
“My friend said, ‘Oh my God this is great – you have to do something about it. Don’t be quiet.’
“But my friend said ‘honestly now, it’s only once in life.’
“So I thought, ‘Yeah I’ll share that.’
Yarna Walkers saw her post about her extraordinary search and she was delighted with her response.
He said: “They saw it and they said they would repay me with vouchers and they apologized.
“There is a problem with the machines. They have a problem with the delivery drivers and there is something wrong with the production line.”
“I can’t lie, I was annoyed when I realized [there were no crisps in the packet], But now I think it’s one of those things. “
Yarna said he would keep the empty unopened packet as a souvenir.
“It’s really fun to leave it unopened and have it in there. I think I’ll put it in the drawer and put it there.
“As I say, this is once in a lifetime and it will never happen to me.”
